Description of Feature:
The "GetMaterialApp" or "GetCupertinoApp" widget add additional overhead, by adding many unnecessary configurations, and making the application difficut to implement a custom design system (in terms of styles, screen transitions, themes and so on). So adding a "barebone" Getx app root widget that does not come with these avoidable additional features and making Getx more customizable.
