readme doesn't really show any examples of flags

sort of it's mentioned in the "new in 4.0" at the top, but that's not really sufficient and easy to miss because it's not in the section.

$ hygen worker new jobrunner
Template parameters are given with --flag VALUE, as many as you'd like. In this example we've set a parameter named name to the value jobrunner.

this is poor, because the example only shows special value name, if it instead mentioned name was special and showed an additional option like say --project for a workspace config.
