Implemented USB re-initialization in `furi_hal_power_resume_aux_periphs` to ensure USB functionality is restored after system suspend/deep sleep. This involves calling `furi_hal_usb_reinit()` which resets the USB stack and hardware state. Fixes TODO in power resume logic.
