furi_hal_power: Implement USB disabling in suspend

Implemented USB disabling logic in furi_hal_power_suspend_aux_periphs and restoration in furi_hal_power_resume_aux_periphs.

• Added #include <furi_hal_usb.h> to targets/f7/furi_hal/furi_hal_power.c.
• Called furi_hal_usb_disable() when suspending auxiliary peripherals.
• Called furi_hal_usb_reinit() when resuming auxiliary peripherals, as reinit is required to correctly restore USB functionality after deep sleep.
