Update vendored UNSCII fonts #33
Description
Terminedia embeds the UNSCII fonts for being able to render large-characters using character blocks as pixels.
The version 2.0 of that project come out in 2020, incorporating UNICODE 13.0 characters -
The font files should be updated to those version, and a mapping mechanism should be added so that the glyphs that exist in unicode are mapped, inside terminedia, to the correct codepoints.
(While at that, it might be possible to also create a tool to generate bitmap fonts that would cover up to unicode 16)
