I use omeka 2.3 the last version and book reader. My theme is Santa Fe.
My question is why sometimes I can see the image with BookReader and others I don't see.
My settings
are
In my file show.php of my theme Santa Fe I add

'page' => '0',
'embed_functions' => false,
'mode_page' => 1,
));
?>
In my settings of omeka I Have
Embed mode
Default number of pages in embed mode (1 or 2)
1
Enable all functions in embed mode (0 or 1)
0
Width of the inline frame in embed mode
100
Height of the inline frame in embed mode
480
