Can you not merge this PR now such that we can also include this version of JLL?
JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil#9133

I plan to recompile Ipopt_jll soon and it's better if all COIN-OR packages have the same version of the dependencies.
I didn't expected a new release of MUMPS during summer.

I merged the PR in Yggdrasil.
You can update the version of Clp_jll.jl in the Project.toml to use the version 100.1700.901 once JuliaRegistries/General#111651 is merged.
