Add MariaDB Support

It's mostly masquerade as MySQL (inherit) , but MariaDB doesn't seem to support connect cached, and a lot of the attributes in the $DBI_PARAMS setting, so those have to be set specifically for MariaDB. Not sure how I want to handle that.
