Support for other coding agents #5
Description
Summary
Currently tcmux is focused on Claude Code, but it would be great to support other coding agents in the future, such as:
- Gemini CLI
- GitHub Copilot CLI
- Codex
Disclaimer
This is a "someday" feature request. I will likely work on this when I personally start using other coding agents. Contributions are welcome if anyone wants to implement support for their preferred agent before then.
Possible approach
- Abstract the agent detection logic to support multiple agents
- Each agent would need its own status parser based on its output format
