Switch helm repo to OCI

Currently, we serve the helm repo at the gh-pages branch next to helm-docs.

It leads to a huge blast radius in case of the main k8gb.io malfunction or just an intrusive docs update like #1972 (comment)

Possible solution: switch to the helm OCI registry

As agreed on a community call, let's check the pipelines end-to-end with the upcoming release #1992 . If the release artifact nicely appears oci://ghcr.io/k8gb-io/charts we can close this issue :)

It looks like source file is wrong. I see previous step packaged helm implicitly into:
const destinationChartsDir = core.getInput('destination-charts-folder') ?core.getInput('destination-charts-folder') : 'charts';
At least k8gb-*.tgz must be prefixed with charts/

stuff has failed during release

I realized the charts of k8gb are in gh-pages branch charts/ folder. Maybe that could be the reason file is not found.

Let me try to fix this by adding git checkout gh-pages in https://github.com/k8gb-io/k8gb/blob/master/.github/workflows/helm_publish.yaml#L31 and add correct path for charts. helm push charts/k8gb-*.tgz.

@elohmrow There were few hiccups in past two releases and this issue wasn't completely fixed.
Recently, I created PR and fix for the hiccups. PR #2144
