missing buttons?

Hi,
I just wanna know if this is a problem with installation that people have run into~ (i cant really do the alternative installation method)

not sure how to toggle on the other buttons, so far it's just a color wheel?

windows 10 intalled through creative cloud, appeared the same way in both version of my photoshop
Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.2.4
Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.10
