Simplify usage of datasets that require custom resolver

How can we make this easier for users?

Why is this change important to you? How would you use it? How can it benefit other users?

Possible Implementation

Wondering: is there a way to ship a custom resolver with a plugin? So that users who do pip install kedro-datasets[polars] already have the $polars resolver available and they don't need to define it themselves.

This is described in the docs already https://docs.kedro.org/en/1.0.0/configure/advanced_configuration/#how-to-use-resolvers-in-the-omegaconfigloader, but we'll keep this issue open to gauge interest from our users. Please comment/react if you'd like to see this functionality.

At the backlog grooming, we've discussed that one of the possible solutions could be to document it better and make docs page easily discoverable, rather than ship the resolver with the dataset.
