This PR updates the release workflow to use a GitHub App token instead of the default GITHUB_TOKEN for authentication. This enables semantic-release to trigger workflows and bypass certain GitHub restrictions.
Key Changes:
- Added a step to generate a GitHub App token using app credentials from secrets
- Replaced the default GITHUB_TOKEN with the generated app token in checkout and semantic-release steps
- Removed
