Hostname changes unexpectedly

Current Behavior

Got the hostname hercules from DHCP client, but when enable a container it set my hostname from the configuration: failed-00-00-00 (stupid name, I know)

admin@hercules:/> configure 
admin@hercules:/config/> edit container doom 
admin@hercules:/config/container/doom/> set enabled 
admin@hercules:/config/container/doom/> leave 
admin@failed-00-00-00:/> 

Expected Behavior

No hostname change, but what if I set a hostname in the configuration, what should happen then?

I think you want something like a hostnamed that monitors /etc/hostname.d where you could drop in hostnames both from confd and the udhcpc script.

Perhaps it could be part of whatever daemon we develop to act as our bridge to FRR (or running without FRR). I seem to recall @troglobit creating an issue for that, but I can't find it. Would be nice to link this issue to it 🤔

Some sort of determinism at least. Changing hostname, without changed hostname feels strange.
