List-Unsubscribe header not removes from double-opt emails

When the "List-Unsubscribe" header is deactivated in the privacy settings, the company's emails do not include this header as expected.
However, the double confirmation emails still include this header.
Some email servers may reject emails with this header.
Please remove the header from ALL emails when the privacy settings are adjusted accordingly.
