List Action Buttons Missing for Users other than Super Admin

Version:

• listmonk: v5.0.3
• OS: Docker Container

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new user role, give required permissions (even selecting every permission available produces this bug)
2. Create/Assign a User with that Role
3. Login as that user and go to the "All lists" view
4. The action buttons on the right side of the table are missing
