Upgrade the PCT Files to proper Session files.

  • Add Session Notes (and window for it)
  • Move Bookmarks over to the session object
  • Add unsaved changes handler in various states (before exit, on process change)
  • add migrate script to migrate from old pct format to new session version format
  • add default directory and default filename for pct files
  • user can still change both location and filename if they choose so
