Description of your changes

This pull request updates project documentation to improve clarity and accuracy. The most important changes include adding new maintainers, updating roadmap and support instructions, and clarifying community meeting information.

Maintainers and governance:

  • Added three new maintainers to the MAINTAINERS.md file: Wei Weng, Yetkin Timocin, and Simon Waight.

Roadmap and support documentation:

  • Updated ROADMAP.md to point to the online roadmap instead of listing outdated tasks.
  • Consolidated and clarified instructions in SUPPORT.md for filing issues and getting help.

Community meetings and communication:

  • Added a note in README.md about revamping the community call schedule and linked to the community repository for future updates.

Fixes #532

I have:

  • Associated this change with a known KubeFleet Issue (Bug, Feature, etc).
  • Run make reviewable to ensure this PR is ready for review.
