Delete protection attribute for the loadbalancer.

deletion_protection.enabledWhy is this needed:
When I'm running the systems on production, for safety purposes I want to add delete protection loadbalancer attributes to make the loadbalancer won't get deleted by mistakenly. This is recommended by AWS.
