Same for my Pixel 9 Pro. The app crashes after making settings changes, switching back to "Home", then going back to the settings for the SIM. Even without triggering a crash, any settings changes don't take effect on the phone's SIM card settings.

The PixelCarrierSettings app mentioned in other comments can successfully make SIM settings changes. Perhaps it would be worth taking a look at how it achieves this.

This fork version works.

But the IMS setting will not be saved after reboot. Do you know how to solve it?
