Context

0.13.0 beta 5

CK-12 testing was the channel name on version 9 that was first imported on the device from the local drive.
Subsequently the channel was updated to version 55 from Studio. Somewhere in between the versions 9 and 55, the channel got the new name Radina Testing Channel.

The above screenshot is after the channel has been fully updated, but I still tried to import more from the same local drive that has version 9. No import was allowed, but the channel name above the topic tree was the old one, despite the channel having been updated to the new one already.

I think this is happening because of the frontend path data caching that is happening here:

This should not persist beyond the session in which the upgrade occurred.
