Import from other channels - The 'Save search' option is not working

Observed behavior

When I click the Save search link I am getting an Attempted to save CreatedChange change for savedsearch before setting channel_id and user_id error in the console and the search is not saved. The issue is extant both at studio.learningequality.com and at hotfixes.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to save the search term.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to studio and open an editable channel
2. Click the "Add" dropdown button and select "Import from channels"
3. Type a search term in the search field and click the "Search" button
4. Click "Save search" link and observe the error in the console
