Unstable - Inheritable modal - The modal keeps reappearing after having clicked 'Cancel'

Observed behavior

The modal keeps reappearing after having clicked 'Cancel' and navigate to another folder.

Expected behavior

The modal should not reappear if I've clicked the Cancel button.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Create a folder with some metadata and add a resource in it
3. Add another resource but select Cancel when the modal shows up
4. Navigate to another folder
