[Bug]: Podcast page shows unfinished episodes that failed

What did you do when it broke?

When you create a new podcast episode and it fails, the podcast page shows that episode even through it has nothing to play. It should allow me to retry the podcast creation and show clearly what made it fail (the reason)

How did it break?

It can break because of lack of proper model configuration or timeout/error in the TTS provider.

I've never successfully generated a podcast using either the Gemini or Vertex models. Debugging revealed the failure was due to Python failing to parse the JSON output.

There are two problems here:
Problem 1:
The expected return content is <think>...</think> {.....}
However, the model might return the above failed case: <think>.... {....} </think> or <think>....```json {....}
Problem 2:
The Python string array fails to convert to a structure using JSON. For example,
["xxx", "xxxx"] can be converted to a list, but the project code actually uses ['xxx', 'xxx'], which Python's JSON parser cannot handle.
