How to enable low quality rendering programmatically?

I can enable low quality rendering through the GUI interface of the LG simulator, am wondering if I can do that programmatically via the python API?

You should be able to set this setting with command-line argument -screen-quality: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/CommandLineArguments.html
