Captions re-enabling istelf right after being disabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a random video
2. Disable pre-activated translation caption
3. Click on an random point of the screen

Expected behavior

After doing these three steps you will have the translation captions re-enabling themselves, even if you don't want.

Actual behavior

Every time that i try to disable this annoying caption, it would immediately re-enable itself on the exact moment i click on the screen of the video.

Other details

Please add the option to deactivate translation captions across all the app, so we don't need to be doing this everytime we click on a video anymore.
