Persistent caching

Opening large Obsidian vaults takes a long time on first load due to cache building. I wrote an extension that mitigates this by transparently saving and loading the cache from disk. Would you be interested in this as a contribution to the main package?

Cool! I actually really like the idea of having this as an extension. But I saw that it depends on the older version of obsidian.el, maybe if you totally remove that dependency and add a use-package declaration PR to readme it would be enough.
