Reproduction steps

• To test navigate to the "Help and Support" tab as you normally would use to open a ticket
• Next click General/Account/Billing and it should show "Start a Live Chat" instead of showing Open a ticket.
• Once a title is entered you will be able to proceed with a "Start A Live Chat"
• Once "Start a live Chat is started you will see a window terminal start where it would allow it to grab the title and the provided token to verify they are a real person.
