Windows Build does not work since 0.8.0

Describe the bug
After merging ai-video branch into master an releasing 0.8.0, the windows build does not work. It's most probably related to the following changes 1ce89e8

The error is attached in the screenshot.

To Reproduce
Run Windows binary.

Expected behavior
Windows binary should work for both Transcoding and AI.
