Removed Old Helm Setup

Removes the vllm-setup-helm chart and associated deployment docs.

Changes:

• Deletes vllm-setup-helm/ (10 files) — a Helm chart for deploying vLLM with KV-cache indexer, Redis, and LMCache
• Deletes docs/deployment/ (2 files) — deployment guide and setup walkthrough that referenced the helm chart
• Removes the "Online" section from examples/kv_events/README.md — the example that walked through deploying and testing via the helm chart
