Systems needing updates/testing after Spack 1.0 support

With the merge of Spack 1 update (PR #953),

The following systems need their owners to insert paths:

• cscs-daint
• cscs-eiger

The following systems need to be tested:

• cscs-daint
• cscs-eiger
• aws-cluster @stephanielam3211 @slabasan Please test on tutorial instances.
• aws-tutorial
• cscs-lumi
• jsc-juwels
• lanl-venado @rfhaque is there a small system we can test this on?
• llnl-matrix @rfhaque Please test manually
• riken-fugaku @SBA0486 Please test now that we have updated to Spack 1.0

(for this second list, some of them have dry runs, but none of them are part of our pipelines that run benchmarks; all of them except llnl-matrix are outside of LLNL)

The following systems are in PRs and will need to be updated when they merge develop:

• snl-eldorado Adding support for Commbench as a new experiment, also adding El Dorado as a system #1042 @scheibelp
• perlmutter New system class: perlmutter #731 @scheibelp
• frontier Add Frontier #631 @scheibelp

@scheibelp Please check off the systems that have been updated. If any remain that we don't have access to test, please at least propose the changes in a PR and we will try to get folks to test.
