  • Closes Consolidate contribution instructions #632
  • Adds two new pages: Contributing Guidelines and Code of Conduct, housed under About but not in the site menu
  • Updates About and FAQ to acknowledge these pages and point to them when necessary
  • Consolidates most README content into Contributing Guidelines; vis-related READMEs remain intact
  • Moves notes.md content into Contributing Guidelines
  • QAs links and spellchecks all static text-based pages
