Request Commit Access For mchoo #179730

Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I'm a developer at the FreeBSD Foundation. I've been working on improving FreeBSD userspace and kernel debugging on LLDB, but due to lack of manpower, there not enough people to review work currently (other two FreeBSD LLVM reviewers are currently busy with their personal/work stuff).
As of writing this, only two of my PRs are merged, but there are some PRs that are already approved (#179597, #178306, #178556, etc), so I don't think that would be an issue.
When I create issues and PRs, I need to triage them and assign reviewers but I don't have commit access. I can do my work more efficiently with commit access and other reviewers have less tedious task to do (e.g. adding another reviewer, waiting for merge after approval, etc).
