Motivation
Plux is now represented in the
[tool.plux]section of pyproject.toml files. We are planning to extend the config with additional values to give users fine-grained control the entrypoint build process. This PR simply refactors the existing configuration code into a separate module that allows for better and build-system independent evolution.Thanks to @bentsku for providing the groundwork
