How lux treat package origin

Hey!

I am curious how lux will behave if it finds several packages with the identical name is several places?

Example:

The argparse package is uploaded to luarocks and luanox with the same name but different metadata and source code.

If user requested this package, which one lux will add?

We haven't implemented support for luanox in lux yet.
But when we do, luanox will be prioritised by default.
We'll probably make it configurable though.

I am also thinking what if user want (for some rare reason) to install several versions of a package.

Probably not. Lux probably won't even search luarocks if it finds a package on luanox.

Lux already supports installing multiple versions of the same dependency and provides a lux.loader that is aware of the dependency tree to resolve the correct version on require.
