:Rocks update fails downloading manifest

Recently this started happening:

Specifically this error looks like a root cause:

Failed searching manifest: Failed downloading https://nvim-neorocks.github.io/rocks-binaries/dev/manifest-5.1 - failed downloading https://nvim-neorocks.github.io/rocks-binaries/dev/manifest-5.1

I've opened https://nvim-neorocks.github.io/rocks-binaries in browser and at the bottom of the page there is a 5.1 manifest but the url doesn't have dev path segment, while the one that :Rocks update is trying to fetch has dev segment in path and results in 404.

I have no idea why Rocks tries to fetch invalid URL or how to fix this.

The failed downloading manifest is a luarocks warning, not an error. That's normal.

nvim-treesitter isn't on luarocks, because version 1.0 hasn't been released yet.
We've published a nvim-treesitter-legacy-api rock (which provides the legacy API of the master branch of nvim-treesitter). If you want to use nvim-treesitter instead, install it with rocks-git.nvim.

I think I've found the issue. nvim-treesitter was already installed via rocks-git (per neorg instructions) but somewhere along the way I probably did :Rocks install nvim-treesitter instead of :Rocks install nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter (how it was in neorg instruction) and nvim-treesitter from rocks-git was replaced by something else scm-version and it borked my setup.
