Travis CI configuration with PHP 7.2 support #25
Description
Update Travis CI configuration to run tests on PHP 7.2
AC:
- main PHP version is 7.2
- except for functional tests, PHP version for which will be updated in a separate task
- secondary PHP version is 7.1
