Better handling of update errors

Hi!

Went to update and app and put it in the background. A notification came up saying that Latest was prevented from making app changes (some native security measure on macOS). I clicked the notification but it disappeared and didn't open up System Settings or anything (very helpful Apple 🙄)

Now in Latest, attempting to update the app shows the following message:

System Settings.app → Privacy & Security → App Management → Latest → Enable

If Latest.app is not found on that list already, clicking the + and selecting Latest.app will add it.

Yes, I think there is a fairly clear improvement we can make here.

Right now this looks like a generic update failure, but in practice it is often a very specific recoverable problem: macOS blocked Latest from modifying apps because App Management permission is missing or disabled.

So instead of just surfacing the raw error and offering a generic retry, I think Latest should:

• recognize this permission-denied case explicitly
• show a clearer explanation in the error sheet
• include recovery guidance directly in the app
• ideally offer an Open Settings / Open App Management action instead of only Retry

In other words, the improvement would be to turn this from:

• "something failed"
  into:
• "Latest is not allowed to modify apps. Enable it in Privacy & Security > App Management, then try again."

Even if deep-linking to the exact System Settings pane is not reliable on every macOS version, just detecting this class of error and presenting the right guidance would already be a big usability improvement.

A second nice-to-have would be to avoid repeated confusing failures during batch updates by consolidating this into one clearer permission warning when multiple apps fail for the same reason.
