... Or maybe we should just roll this into a general "color settings" dialog, e.g. #367? It might be a bit more convenient at first to make the "uniform color" a standalone swatch located in the control panel in the "Colors" section, but for exporting/importing this stuff - plus centralizing things - it may be best to lump this in with #367
