Cron pulse runs ~/.aidevops/agents/scripts/supervisor-helper.sh (deployed copy), not the repo copy. After merging PRs that modify scripts, the deployed copy is stale until setup.sh runs. Fix: add auto-deploy step (rsync from repo to deployed) at pulse start, or after detecting a merge of .agents/scripts/ files. Discovered when t210's orphaned PR scanner and t211's retry logic weren't active despite PRs being merged. Related memory: mem_20260210025609_340e8698.
