When I use the extension Copyright Header Generator Pro, the \n in the default template in settings.json is getting ignored.

Is not working for *.ahk or *.ahk2

I don't use the extension, but off the top of my head, have you tried replacing the single-backlashes with double-backslashes or backticks - could be an escaping issue?

Yes, tried both but I will try again.

Tried every different combo. Must not be your extension. I disabled all and also tried another ahk2 language extension. Still does not work.

I already am doing this, but if I put the copyright code in the snippet, it does not work.
The copyright code must be in the settings.json. The developer tried it and it worked fine so I must have something set wrong somewhere. Thanks though.

Right. I already had a default header I add to every new file. I did try adding this to my header but the extension doesn't update the dates and times. I am trying to figure out a way to include the year, the created date, and the updated date as variables within my header.
