Access to be able to create accordion/dropdown feature on website to minimize lists and way it looks when posted.

From an HLC author (SCTASK0860824): I would like to suggest a content accordion/toggle feature where you can open and close sections of content based on the header names. This would be similar to the dropdowns inside the page info tab.
