Clarify the expected JSON schema for custom Quarto extensions registries in the documentation and package.json. Add an example of the JSON format for `RawRegistryEntry` to improve understanding for users creating custom registries. Also, ensure that absolute URLs in generated documentation are converted to relative paths for better navigation.
