Command line not working

Passing -c -s and -o parameters via command line arguments just results in help text being displayed. Running with no arguments and providing the paths when prompted does work however. Works when I revert to 1.8.4.0. Example:

[ameltzer-MSFT]

Does this still reproduce for you in the latest 1.8.6 release?

I can confirm this is still happening for me on 1.8.6.
