Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to v0.58.0 from v0.57.2
2. Try to open PowerToys settings window by double clicking on the system tray icon or the start menu icon

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect the settings Windows to open

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Hi there!

We need a bit more information to really debug this issue. Can you add a "Report Bug" zip file here? You right click on our system tray icon and just go to report bug. Then drag the zipfile from your desktop onto the GitHub comment box in this issue. Thanks!

I have the same issue, PowerToys settings page won't open on 0.58; 0.57.2 works just fine

Same issue for me. Typical microsoft.

Why show a big green update button with a big tick next to it, if when user clicks it breaks their installation. Very funny.
