Key Learnings and Takeaways
In the Recruit path of the Copilot Studio Agent Academy, I learned how to build my first AI agent by understanding the fundamentals of conversational AI, LLMs, and RAG. I gained hands‑on experience creating custom agents by grounding them in my own data, and designing structured conversational logic through topics, triggers, and Adaptive Cards to make interactions more useful.
Challenges Faced
The biggest challenge I faced was following the instructions properly, as I missed a step while making a topic and it took me a long time to figure out that mistake
Final Thoughts
I thought it was a great course overall, the content was pretty good, but at times it felt boring and wasnt engaging enough.
