Describe the bug
The .modules/* folder doesn't exist, meaning the DX is such that they get no statement completion, and all APIs are treated as any. No indication of what to do, or how to resolve missing dependencies.
Expected Behavior
We shouldn't assume that the user will immediately attempt to run the template, they might want to instead add some code, but they're not able to as there's no .modules/*.
