Extend Popup API to be more expressive and robust for accessibility #1548

Problem description
Popup has several accessibility behaviors, yet it is in some cases necessary to extend behaviors just for one use case.
Proposed solution
Add focusTrap, firstFocusableSelector and consider other based on the current usage of the component.
This will reduce the amount of necessary behavior extensions and will alow us to have test coverage for most common use cases of Popup.
