Refactor generating of behaviorMenu.json file #1861

Problem description
currently we have behaviors generated in gulp file into the behaviorMenu.json file...
In the file there are variants which are just flat array.
We are missing information for component:
- what is default behavior?
- or can be more default behaviors, lime menu, menuItem, etc..
- all available which could be used for component
