add more logging for docker loading

make sure docker is built before launching app

provide direct commands for docker build as well:

docker build -t magentic-ui-vnc-browser:latest ./src/magentic_ui/docker/magentic-ui-browser-docker

docker build -t magentic-ui-python-env:latest ./src/magentic_ui/docker/magentic-ui-python-env

"make sure docker is built before launching app" This should be done automatically on first run. What issues are you seeing?
